C-Bridge Capital, a China-focused private equity fund manager targeting opportunities in health care, has reached a first close for C-Bridge Healthcare Fund III with US$400 million in capital commitments. The fund reportedly launched in January 2018 with a target of US$650 million and a hard cap of US$800 million. It will focus on growth investments in China-based biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and health care delivery companies.
