Indian renewable energy company ReNew Power has entered into an agreement to merge with Nasdaq-listed SPAC RMG Acquisition Corporation II. Upon closing, the combined entity is expected to be listed on the Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol “RNW.” The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2021.
