Toluwani is a Senior Research Analyst at GPCA, where she covers private capital activity in Africa and the Middle East and contributes to GPCA’s industry data collection and analysis. Toluwani has authored several GPCA special reports, including Climate Funds in Global Markets and Africa Startup Funding, and is a regular contributor to GPCA’s quarterly market intelligence for members. Toluwani also manages GPCA’s Deal Book and Deal Awards programs in support of GPCA’s mission to promote sectors, strategies and deals that not only drive investment returns but also foster inclusive and sustainable growth.
Toluwani graduated from The George Washington University with a BA in International Affairs and a concentration in International Development. As an undergraduate, Toluwani also worked for the US Trade and Development Agency and Lombard Odier Asset Management.
