Central Europe and Turkey-focused private equity firm Mid Europa Partners has announced an agreement to purchase a 50 percent stake in Walmark, an e-retailer of vitamins and nutritional supplements based in the Czech Republic. Financial terms of the transaction, which is pending regulatory approval, were not disclosed.
