Polish private equity and venture capital firm Enterprise Investors has invested EUR2.2 million (approximately US$2.9 million) in EP Serwis, a Polish manufacturer and service provider for wooden pallets. EP Serwis intends to accelerate its growth through investments in system development and pallet pool expansion. Enterprise Investors structured the investment through its Enterprise Venture Fund I venture capital fund.
