ADM Capital, an investment firm focused primarily on recovery, special situations and event-driven opportunities in emerging markets, has completed a follow-on investment in Labnet Holding, a Kazakhstan-based company that owns and operates medical laboratories and service centers across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Russia. The investment is structured through ADM Capital’s Kazakhstan Growth Fund and follows ADM Capital’s original 2012 investment in the company. The additional financing will support the development of existing laboratories and the expansion of the business into Central Asian and Russian markets. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
