GPCA Next Gen Partners is a global peer networking platform and leadership program that allows rising talent to build community and access insights from some of the most successful and influential private capital investors globally.

The platform enables individuals across geographies to connect and develop interpersonal and leadership skills within a carefully curated cohort.

The program and curriculum have been designed for investment professionals at venture capital and private equity firms and on direct investment teams at pension funds and sovereign wealth funds. Cohort participants are at VP, Director, Principal, or equivalent levels across various private capital asset classes.

We prioritize diversity in geography, gender, and company size to create an inclusive learning environment conducive to collaboration and meaningful discourse.

Next Gen Partners takes place globally, with virtual sessions accessible from anywhere in the world. Additionally, participants have the opportunity to engage in in-person activities, including the GPC Conference in New York in April 2025.
