A consortium led by VTB Capital, the investment arm of Russia-based VTB Group, has sold White Gardens, an office center located in Moscow, to Russia-based asset management company Millhouse. The consortium included global private investment firm TPG, sovereign wealth fund China Investment Corporation, international real estate company AIG/Lincoln and Russia-based real estate and land developer Coalco Development. White Gardens comprises two office buildings totaling approximately 64,000 square meters of rentable area. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
