Navis Capital Partners-led Consortium Buys MFS Technology for US$95 Million (Asia)

A consortium led by Southeast Asia-focused private equity firm Navis Capital Partners has acquired Singapore-based MFS Technology, a provider of flexible printed circuit solutions to blue-chip customers, for US$95 million. The consortium also included mid-market private equity firm Novo Tellus Capital Partners, an unnamed Singapore-based technology-focused private equity fund and the incoming management team led by CEO Tan Bian Ee. MFS Technology has production facilities in Malaysia and China.
