Private equity firm Riverwood Capital has acquired 100 percent of Brazil-based payment processing solutions provider Conductor. The company, which processes credit card transactions for retailers across Brazil, intends to accelerate its research and development activities and expand its range of services. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
