Private investment fund manager One Thousand & One Voices has invested in South Africa-based RedSun Dried Fruit & Nuts, a processor and distributor of raisins. The company intends to use the financing to double its current workforce over the next year. Financial details of the transaction, which was structured through One Thousand & One Voices Africa Fund I, were not disclosed.
