Venture capital firm IDG Ventures India and seed stage investment firm Outbox Ventures have participated in a pre-Series A round of funding for India-based Tripoto, an operator of a travel website. The funds will be used for developing Tripoto’s mobile presence and expanding globally. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
