Axxon Group, a private equity firm that focuses on small and mid-cap companies in Brazil, has reached a final close for its Axxon Brazil Private Equity Fund III with US$400 million in capital commitments, exceeding its US$350 million target. Investors in the fund include endowments, foundations, public and private pension funds, financial institutions, advisors, family offices and funds of funds from North America, Europe and Latin America.
