Pan-African private equity firm AfricInvest has invested in Morocco-based customer relationship management and business process outsourcing provider Outsourcia Group. The transaction was structured through Maghreb Private Equity Fund III. AfricInvest aims to support Outsourcia in bringing its corporate development initiative, “Acquire and Migrate,” to other regions of Africa. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
