Mexico-focused private equity firm Nexxus Capital has agreed to invest in Mexico-based Fondo de Transporte México, a holding company focused on the logistics, cargo, personnel and student transportation sectors. The transaction will be structured though Nexxus Capital VI. Financial details of the transaction, which is pending certain closing conditions including the approval of Mexico’s Antitrust Authority, were not disclosed.
