GPCA and Middle East Venture Capital Association (MEVCA) will host an investor training on Private Funds: Hot Fundraising Terms, Conditions and Trends, with partners from DLA Piper examining trends and important considerations in fund formation.

Topics will include:

• What do fund terms and conditions look like in the current environment and how they are changing?
• What structures are being used in the region to raise and deploy capital? What are the opportunities and challenges inherent in these approaches?
• An interactive negotiation scenario as well as opportunities to ask questions of the speaker faculty and discuss topics with industry peers.
