LP Education Webcast Series
The LP Education Webcast Series is presented with the generous underwriting support of EMPEA Leadership Circle Members, Denham Capital, Siguler Guff and The Abraaj Group.
LP Education dovetails with EMPEA’s mission to foster a vibrant and informed industry to realize investment returns and sustainable growth in emerging markets. In keeping with this mission, the inaugural EMPEA LP Education Webcast Series addressed the common call among LPs in our network for more and better education to inform their investment strategies and processes. By leveraging our webcast platform, we were able to bypass LPs’ cost, budget and travel constraints and attracted nearly 750 LP registrants over the course of the Series’ six modules. Each webcast was comprised of a one hour, data-driven (no marketing zone) presentation and discussion, clearly framed as education geared toward institutional LPs. The Series’ expert faculty included a variety of perspectives, from academics and data providers to experienced fund manager and LP practitioners.
The inaugural EMPEA LP Education Webcast Series was presented with the generous underwriting support of The Abraaj Group, Avanz Capital, MVision Private Equity Advisers and Siguler Guff. Given the success of the original Series, EMPEA will host additional supplementary LP Education modules periodically as an update to the Series content.
