Sabita Prakash
Managing Director

Sabita Prakash is a Managing Director at ADM Capital and member of the Investment Advisory Committee. Prior to joining ADM Capital, Sabita was the Head of the Asian Fixed Income team at Fidelity Worldwide Investment. Sabita began her career in fixed income in 1993 when she joined CRISIL India as a rating analyst. In 1998, Sabita moved to Hong Kong and worked with Standard & Poor’s Rating Agency, JP Morgan Securities and HSBC in Hong Kong on the credit research side before joining Fidelity.

Sabita holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecomm from Bangalore University, India. Sabita also holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Jess studied in Cambridge, Antwerp, and holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Copenhagen Business School.

Robert Molina

Robert Molina is a Managing Director and Head of Origination at Briarcliffe Credit Partners. Bobby has over 20 years of experience in financial services across alternative investments and investment banking.

Prior to joining Briarcliffe Credit Partners, Bobby was a Partner at Langschiff Capital Partners, a private placement agent. There, Bobby was responsible for project management, providing fundraising advisory to general partners. Before joining Langschiff, Bobby established and led coverage of private market investments as a Strategy Head at UBP Asset Management, a subsidiary of Union Bancaire Privée, a Swiss private bank.

Bobby earned his MBA from Vanderbilt University and graduated from New York University with a BS in Finance and International Business.
