Kuwait-based Arzan Venture Capital has announced a USD20m first close for its second fund targeting Middle Eastern and North African startups. Investors include Saudi Public Investment Fund’s Jada, an additional sovereign wealth fund, international wealth managers, and Arzan Financial Group.
