Venture capital firm GSR Ventures has participated in a CNY300 million (approximately US$45 million) Series B round for China-based point-of-sale solution provider Yunnex. India- and Southeast Asia-focused private equity firm Capital Square Partners has acquired a 55 percent stake in India-based IT services provider Indecomm Global Services for US$90 million.
