Pierfront Capital reached a USD450m final close for its second private credit fund, with an additional USD250m in co-investment commitments. Investors include Alberta Investment Management Corporation, AIIB, GCM Grosvenor, Manulife and Affin Hwang Asset Management. CrossBoundary To Invest USD60m in ENGIE Energy Access for Nigerian Mini-Grid Project

CrossBoundary Energy Access agreed to provide USD60m in project financing to energy developer ENGIE Energy Access for the construction of mini-grids that will provide electricity to 150,000 people in Nigeria.
