China-based alternative asset fund manager CDH Investments has sold 166 million shares in Chinese department store and supermarket operator Springland International Holdings. The shares, which were divested on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, were priced at HKD3.75 (approximately US$0.48) per share, representing a total transaction value of HKD622.5 million (approximately US$80.2 million).
