Ciklum is Horizon Capital’s First Investment in the IT Sector (CEE/CIS)
Horizon Capital, a private equity fund manager focused on mid-cap companies in Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova, has acquired a minority stake in Ciklum, an information technology (IT) company based in Ukraine, through its Emerging Europe Growth Fund II (EEGF II). Global private equity firm General Atlantic has completed its third partial exit from Chinese automobile dealership group Zhongsheng Group, reducing the firm’s stake in the company to an approximate 5 percent.
