Actis, through its USD6b Energy 5 Fund, agreed to acquire a controlling stake in Yellow Door Energy, a UAE-based commercial and industrial solar platform, for an undisclosed amount. Enterprise Investors through its private equity fund Polish Enterprise Fund VII has sold its 100% stake in Romania-based toy manufacturer Noriel Group to Turkey-based Sunman Group for an undisclosed amount.
