India-based online fashion retailer Nykaa acquired Little Black Book (LBB), a lifestyle discovery platform that is also India-based, for an undisclosed amount in an all-cash deal. LBB announced a INR65m (~USD1m) pre-Series B with follow-on from Athera Venture Partners (formerly Inventus India), Indian Angel Network’s IAN Fund, Blume Ventures and Chiratae Ventures in February 2021.
