Amethis Exits Ivory Coast’s Pétro Ivoire To State-owned CNPS

Amethis exited its minority stake in Pétro Ivoire, an Ivory Coast-based retail distributor of oil and gas, to state-owned Caisse Nationale de Prévoyance Sociale (CNPS) for an undisclosed amount.
