Vinci Partners Exits Brazil’s Pro Infusion Via Sale to Viveo Group
Vinci Partners agreed to sell its stake in Pro Infusion, a Brazil-based outsourcing company of pharmaceutical compounding services, to Viveo Group, which is acquiring 100% of the company for BRL256.7m.
