Clean energy-focused infrastructure fund manager Armstrong Asset Management has agreed to sell a 100 percent stake in Vietnam-based wind power company Mekong Wind to Aboitiz Power Corporation, a Philippines-listed energy provider, for USD46 million. Mekong Wind owns and operates the 39.4-megawatt Dam Nai Wind Power Project in southern Vietnam. The transaction is subject to closing conditions.
