Central & Eastern Europe-focused mid-market private equity firm Abris Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Serbia-based cable television and broadband service provider Kopernikus Technology. Abris will invest through Abris CEE Mid-Market Fund III. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
