ADM Capital, an asset management firm focused on Asia and Central and Eastern Europe, has fully exited its investment in AKG Gazbeton, a Turkey-based construction materials producer, in a share sale to the company’s founding shareholders. ADM originally invested in the company in 2011. Financial details of the transaction, which was structured through ADM Capital’s CEECAT Recovery Fund, were not disclosed.
