Global private equity investor Advent International has agreed to acquire a 13 percent stake in Fleury, a Brazil-based diagnostic services provider, from a group of physicians. The transaction is subject to closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2015. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
