India-based agriculture technology startup AgroStar has raised USD27 million in a Series C funding round led by Bertelsmann India Investments, an investment arm of global media company Bertelsmann. Existing investors Accel Partners, Chiratae Ventures, and Aavishkaar Venture Management also participated in the round. AgroStar provides various goods and services to farmers in India through its online platform, including agricultural inputs and tools, agronomic education, and data analytics.
