Private equity firms AIF Capital and New Asia Partners have led a US$15 million Series B financing round for Vietnam-based restaurant operator Huy Vietnam Group. AIF Capital’s investment was structured through AIF Capital Asia IV. Investment management firm Fortress Capital Asset Management also participated in the round. Huy Vietnam intends to use the capital to continue growing the brand presence and reach of its Mon Hue, Com Express and Pho Ong Hung restaurants and expand its geographical footprint to include Hanoi.
