India-focused venture debt fund manager Alteria Capital has reached a final close for its maiden India venture debt fund with INR9.6 billion (approximately USD140 million) in capital commitments. Investors in the fund include IndusInd Bank, the Small Industries Development Bank of India, and the Azim Premji Foundation, as well as multiple high-net-worth individuals. The fund will target early- and growth-stage startups in India.
