Central and Eastern Europe-focused private equity fund manager ARX Equity Partners has acquired a majority stake in Hungary-based mobile device repair company TMX Mobile Solutions. ARX invested through ARX CEE IV, the firm’s fourth buyout fund. Through the acquisition, ARX intends to assist TMX in scaling up its operations both within Hungary and throughout Central and Eastern Europe. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
