Global private equity firm Warburg Pincus has led a US$45 million Series C funding round for Singapore-based cloud software company Capillary Technologies. Venture capital firms Sequoia Capital and Norwest Venture Partners, both existing investors in the company, also participated in the round. Capillary will use the fresh capital to expand its offerings by broadening its product suite, as well as via the acquisition of India-based e-commerce platform MartJack.
