Capital Indigo, a private equity firm focused on mid-market private equity and mezzanine debt investments in Mexico, has invested in Mexico-based specialty foods company Interdeli for a controlling stake. The transaction was structured through Indigo 1. Interdeli, which manufactures and supplies bakery products, prepared foods and dairy products, intends to use the new financing for company growth. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
