UK development finance institution CDC Group has led an INR1.5 billion (approximately USD21 million) Series C funding round for India-based online business loan broker Indifi Technologies. Other participants in the round include global private equity fund manager Accel Partners and impact investing firms Elevar Equity, Omidyar Network, and Fair Finance Fund. Indifi, which connects small and medium-sized enterprises with lending institutions, plans to utilize the new capital to improve its existing business, expand into other business areas, develop its infrastructure, repay debts, and meet its working capital needs.
