CDH Venture, a venture capital team under the umbrella of China-focused alternative asset fund manager CDH Investments, has closed its third venture capital fund with more than US$100 million in capital commitments. The fund intends to target businesses that are moving from the offline to online space, as well as healthcare start-ups, and has already invested in nine companies since last year.
