CITIC Capital Partners, the private equity arm of CITIC Capital Holdings, has acquired Huangzhou UCO Cosmetics, a provider of digital marketing and e-commerce services to the beauty and personal care sector in China. The company, which focuses on global beauty brands seeking a presence in China, will partner with CITIC to support its growth. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
