Asia-focused credit and special situations fund manager Clearwater Capital Partners has reportedly held a first close for Clearwater Capital Yield Fund. Asset manager Fiera Capital Corporation made an anchor commitment of USD50 million to the vehicle, which has a target of USD300 million in total commitments. The fund will invest in performing loans and bonds of companies in asset-intensive industries in the Asia-Pacific region.
