Creador Capital, a private equity firm focused on India, Malaysia and Indonesia, has partially exited its investment in Malaysian restaurant chain OldTown White Coffee, selling 45 percent of its equity holding to a group of mutual funds for around US$15 million. Creador originally invested MYR45.7 million (approximately US$15 million) in the company in 2012. The exit generated an approximate 2x cash-on-cash return multiple and an IRR of 101 percent.
