Cube Highways and Infrastructure, an India-based toll road investment platform established by global infrastructure investment firm I Squared Capital, has agreed to acquire 100 percent of the Delhi-Agra Toll Road from India-based developer Reliance Infrastructure at an enterprise value of INR36 billion (approximately USD517 million). The Delhi-Agra Toll Road comprises a 180-kilometer six-lane road connecting the two cities and a tolling concession valid through 2038.
