Private equity and investment advisory firm CVC Capital Partners has reached a final close on its fourth Asia Pacific-focused fund, CVC Capital Partners Asia Pacific IV, exceeding the fund’s target with US$3.5 billion in capital commitments. The fund aims to invest in businesses benefitting from increased domestic demand in China, Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea.
