Advisory and investment firm Delta Partners Capital has led an INR1.33 billion (approximately US$19.5 million) Series C round for India-based cloud telephone solutions provider Knowlarity Communications. Other equity investors in the round included venture capital firms Sequoia Capital and Mayfield Fund, while advisory and investment firm Blacksoil Capital and venture debt firm Trifecta Capital provided debt funding. Knowlarity plans to use the funds to expand into international markets, make acquisitions and invest in advanced technology products.
