Energy and resources-focused global private equity firm Denham Capital Management has announced the closing of its sixth fund, having raised US$3 billion in third-party commitments from foundations, endowments, public and private pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and family offices. Denham Commodity Partners Fund VI was oversubscribed, exceeding its original target of US$2.5 billion. The fund will invest in companies and assets in the oil and gas, metals and minerals, and power and renewables sectors.
