Central and Eastern Europe-focused private equity firm Enterprise Investors, together with minority shareholders including Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners, has completed the sale of a 100 percent stake in Hungary-based sports nutrition company Scitec Nutrition to South Africa-based health and care brands company Ascendis Health for EUR170 million (approximately US$192 million). Enterprise Investors originally invested in the company in 2012 through its Polish Enterprise Fund VII.
