Central and Eastern Europe-focused private equity and venture capital fund manager Enterprise Investors has agreed to sell its 100  percent stake in Poland-based automotive glass manufacturer NordGlass to Belgium-based flat glass producer AGC Automotive Europe for  EUR80 million (approximately US$87 million). The transaction is subject to regulatory approval. Enterprise Investors wholly acquired NordGlass in 2007 through Polish Enterprise Fund VI.
