Poland-based private equity and venture capital firm Enterprise Investors (EI) has agreed to invest EUR7 million (approximately US$9 million) in Elemental Holding, a Polish recycling company specializing in non-ferrous metals and electro-waste. Elemental Holding intends to use the investment to acquire other companies in its sector. EI structured the investment through Enterprise Venture Fund I, its EUR100 million (approximately US$128 million) venture capital fund.
