General Atlantic Leads Investments in Nobroker and Kiwi.com

Global growth equity fund manager General Atlantic has led a USD51 million Series C investment in India-based real estate services company Nobroker. Asia-focused private equity and venture capital firms SAIF Partners and BEENEXT also participated in the funding round. Through its digital platform, Nobroker provides end-to-end rental and trading services to property owners and prospective tenants. The company plans to use the funds to expand operations and grow its customer base in India, as well as develop a home goods store and financial services products. Separately, General Atlantic has invested in Kiwi.com, a Czech Republic-based online travel booking platform. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
