Czech Republic-based private equity firm Genesis Capital has announced the acquisition of 100 percent of Game Czech, the Czech subsidiary of U.K.-based  games retailer Game Group. Game Czech is a retailer of computer games and gaming consoles with 30 locations in the Czech Republic. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
